This is a rooftop development of an existing building that is used as homestay rooms. Applied concept  is a Javanese architectural concept using a combination of teak wood and exposed brick as structural and architectural elements. In the open space, a touch of the roof garden is given to strengthen it  elements of locality, where the average local Javanese buildings are in rural areas with lots of trees.
