It is a building with 2 functions, namely a private residence on the 1st floor and an exclusive boarding house on the 2nd floor. The concept of a tropical modern house is presented to create a natural atmosphere in the house even though it is in the middle of an urban area. There are 2  The inner-garden is presented right in the middle of the house to create an atmosphere of personal recreation in the residence as well as  as the lungs of the house. The tropical concept is presented in a modern building design that is compact and  minimalist profile by highlighting the character of the material as the finishing. In the boarding area, natural lighting and ventilation are still presented in a design that maintains the privacy of both the boarding house occupants and homeowners.
